Refund & Cancellation

Understand payments encryption, cancellation processes, and billing refunds.

1. Billing and Razorpay Integration

All transactions are securely handled using 256-bit encryption via Razorpay. We do not store card credentials on our servers. You will receive an email receipt from Razorpay upon upgrade.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can stop your recurring plans or downgrade tiers at any time through your dashboard profile settings. Cancelled plans will remain active with full access until the current billing cycle expires.

3. Refund Request Windows

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date. Refunds are processed for failed transactions, duplicate charges, or system issues that block token allocations.

4. Resolution Guidelines

To request a refund, email support with your Razorpay payment ID and transaction receipt. Verified requests are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
